When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, destination country and region, and the vehicle requirements you describe. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email we hold that correspondence.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to search for vehicles matching your requirements. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with third parties except where it is necessary to arrange the purchase, export or shipping of a vehicle you have asked us to source.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting transaction, and to meet Japanese record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future this policy will be updated to say what is collected before that happens.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will action it.
